Content Calendar
Consistency is key on LinkedIn. The FeedBoss Calendar helps you plan and schedule your posts to ensure you never miss a beat.
Viewing Your Schedule
- Month View: Get a high-level overview of your posting frequency.

- Status Indicators: Color-coded entries show you what is 'Scheduled', or 'Published'.
Scheduling Posts
- Create a Post: Follow the standard Post Creation flow.
- Select Schedule: Instead of saving, choose the "Schedule" option.
- Pick a Time: Select the date and time you want the post to go live.
- Confirm: The post will move to the "Scheduled" status and appear on your calendar.
Auto-Generate Calendar
The Auto-Generate Calendar feature creates a full week or month of content in seconds, tailored to your style and audience.
1. Accessing the Feature
Navigate to the Calendar tab in your workspace. Click the "Auto Generate" button (located in the top-right corner) to open the generation modal.
2. Choose Your Input Source
FeedBoss can generate content from various sources. Select the tab that fits your need:
- Topic: Describe a main theme (e.g., "Leadership in the AI era").
- PDFs: Upload a PDF document (e.g., a whitepaper or report) to extract insights.
- YouTube: Paste a YouTube video URL. The AI will watch and summarize it for you.
- Articles: Paste URLs of articles you want to repurpose or discuss.
3. Generation Settings
Configure the output to match your schedule:
- Duration: Choose between 1 Week (7 days) or 1 Month (30 days).
- Content Style: Optionally select a specific "Content Style" (e.g., "Storyteller") to control the tone. If left blank, it uses your default style.
4. The Generation Process (Deep Context)
Once you click Generate, FeedBoss processes your request using a "Deep Context" pool. It explicitly combines:
- Identity: Your main workspace profile/bio to ensure relevance.
- Style Guide: The specific tone and structure from your selected Content Style.
- Onboarding Data: Answers you gave during the initial setup Q&A about your audience and goals.
- Source Material: The specific topic, video, or document you provided.
5. Review & Schedule
After generation is complete:
- Review: You'll see a list of generated posts for the selected period.
- Refine: You can edit any post individually before finalizing.
- Approve: Click "Approve & Schedule" to populate your calendar instantly.
